How can you create a new route?

1. Click on All Services.

2. Click “Route Manager Delivery” in the Warehouse Management Section.

3. Click on New Plan.

4. Click on the “Filters button” to easily find your orders by customer, state, order number, invoice number, date, sales representative, and more.

5. Scroll down and select the orders you want to include in your route. Then click on "Next."

6. Choose the parameters for your new delivery plan, such as warehouse, Start Time, Date, and Trucks. Then type on "View Result."

Good to know: Optionally, select the "Optimize" checkbox to optimize the plan. After clicking on view results, you will receive a pop-up window with the trucks available and the optimize button. Please note that the "Optimize" option relies on the availability of vehicles, products, and their respective weights in the system. If this information is not configured, the optimizer will not function effectively.

7. The Result tab will be displayed with the summary of the new delivery plan. You can choose the truck (picture 1) and assigned driver (picture 2). After checking that everything is okay.

8. Double-check the details of your delivery plan. Then click on “Save.”

9. A pop-up message will confirm that the plan has been successfully created.
