How can you pick an order with the “Pick and Pack” Module?

1. Open “Pick and Pack.

2. Select the pick ticket that you will be picking. You can always confirm it is the correct one by checking the Pick Ticket number on the top left-side corner of the ticket.

3. You can see the items for this pick ticket. Tap on “Review” to start the picking process.

Good to know: a WMS pop-up asking the pallet number where you will be placing the items will appear. It's not mandatory to fill in this field, but you can choose to do so based on your business needs.

4. A list of items for the order will appear. To pick assigning the item a box, tap on the “Info” button or the “+” button.

5. A window with the product’s details will appear, including the location and the lot number closest to expiration. This information will be automatically displayed for your convenience.

Good to know:If you want to pick the product from a different location than the one suggested, tap on the “Location” segment to open the list of all available locations for that product.

Once you have selected a location, tap on the “Lot” segment to open the list of lots available in that location.

In the lot's list, you can view the expiration date of each lot and the quantity of products available to help you make your selection.

6. Add the number of the box where you will be placing your products (This could be a correlative number or just an internal code that you may handle in your warehouse).

7. Pick the amount of products according to the quantity on the order by using the scanner or tapping the "+" button.

8. Tap on the right arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen to continue the picking process with your other items.

9. You can tap on the box tab to see the items that you will pack in that box.

10. When you are done checking all details, tap either on the “Back” button at the top left side of your screen, or on the “Next” button at the bottom right side of the screen.

11. A window will appear with a list of all the products you just picked. Click on the “Finished” or “Commit” button, depending on how your user is configured.

Good to know: When you return to the main page of this pick ticket, you can search for more information about the pick ticket, the order or related orders, and the boxes where the products were placed. You can use the buttons at the top of the screen.

12. If your user has supervisor configurations, you can generate the order's invoice by tapping on the “Fulfill” button.
