How to enable lots and expiration date feature for a product in your catalog (Advanced Users Only):

1. Click on the “Product” button in the BackOffice side menu.

2. Find the product you want to enable the feature for, and click on the eye icon to open its details.

3. On the “Details” tab, select the "Has Lot" checkbox.

4. Click on “Tracking”.

5. Click on the “Edit” button on the Lot# row.

6. After the product's properties tab is displayed, locate the "Lot#" box. To enable the lot number functionality, check the Active checkbox. If you want to make the lot number a mandatory field for your warehouse workers, check the Required checkbox as well.

7. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button.

7. To activate “Expiration Date” repeat the steps 4-6.

8. The “Required” and “Active” boxes should now have a checkmark on both ¨Lot#¨ and ¨ExpDate¨. Once both "Lot#" and "Exp Date" are completely checked, click "Save".

Note: Remember that the required configuration allows you to make the lot number or exp date a mandatory field for your warehouse workers.
