Essential features of the Load Truck module

The Load Truck module provides you with various tools and configurations to help you view the characteristics and status of your trucks in more detail.

Truck Details:

  • Number of assigned invoices.
  • Number of assigned stops.
  • Max Weight.
  • Weight reached according to assigned invoices.
  • Load Status.

Pending Load/Loaded navigation bar:

Pending Load: This list shows the trucks that are pending to be loaded with the assigned invoices.

Loaded: This list displays the trucks that have been loaded with all the assigned invoices.

To navigate between the Pending Load and Loaded lists, simply tap on the navigation bar located at the top of the screen.

Good to know: Note that this bar is independent of the truck's status, as the status will only change once the supervisor has approved the load.

Truck Status:

The truck's status can be found in the truck segment located just below the representative image of the truck. This will tell you whether the truck has been approved for departure or not.

  • Loaded Status: Trucks with a Loaded Status have all the invoices loaded and approved by the supervisor to start the delivery route.
  • Not Loaded Status: Trucks that have not yet been loaded or have been loaded but not yet approved by the supervisor will appear with a Not Loaded Status.
